Overview

[177Lu]Lu-TST001 is an investigational radionuclide antibody conjugate (radioimmunotherapy) developed by Transcenta Holding Limited. It consists of the humanized monoclonal antibody osemitamab (TST001), which targets claudin-18.2 (CLDN18.2), conjugated to the beta-emitting radioisotope lutetium-177 (177Lu) via the chelator DOTA. CLDN18.2 is a tight junction protein frequently overexpressed in gastric, gastroesophageal junction, and pancreatic cancers. By binding specifically to CLDN18.2-expressing tumor cells, [177Lu]Lu-TST001 delivers targeted ionizing radiation, leading to DNA damage and cell death. Preclinical studies have demonstrated significant antitumor efficacy in gastric cancer models with acceptable toxicity.
